HAUS POST BOROKO
The project is a BOT model, in which Nanjing Guanzhu cooperates with the Papua New Guinea Post Office (POST PNG LIMITED) to renovate a three story building located in the bustling district of Port Moresby, the capital of Papua New Guinea. The building covers an area of 1500 square meters, with a dedicated parking lot of 6000 square meters outside and an indoor usable area of 5000 square meters. Nanjing Guanzhu invested 18 million Kina (approximately 6 million US dollars) in the overall renovation and decoration of the interior and exterior, replacing elevators, fire protection systems, central air conditioning systems, strong and weak electrical systems, etc. According to the BOT agreement, Nanjing Guanzhu obtained a 20-year right to use the property and rented it out to the public. The project started in September 2017 and was completed in October 2018. It has been fully leased out.

The project is mainly led by the Ministry of Housing of Papua New Guinea, and Nanjing Guanzhu has introduced the concept of domestic activity board houses, committed to providing affordable and high-quality housing for Papua New Guinea. The project name is "Low Cost Housing". Due to the high rental and sales prices in Papua New Guinea, the government has taken the lead in opening up this project to ensure that low-income groups can own their own homes. Currently, 276 hectares of land, including housing, hospitals, etc., have been approved in the capital, with a planned housing of 1700 units. The government's overall goal is to build more than 20000 units of this type of housing nationwide. Although it is a low-cost housing, the actual situation of low-income families has been fully considered in the design, and purification systems and solar power supply systems have been introduced, which can fully meet the needs of daily life. The first batch of 100 residential materials arrived in Papua New Guinea 2 years ago, with a total project cost of approximately 68 million US dollars. Nanjing Guanzhu actively participated in the construction of this project.
