In 2021, the company began to undertake a series of charitable projects donated by the Taiwan Tzu Chi Charity Foundation in Mozambique, including the Tzu Chi Maputo Club (headquarters) renovation project, UCM University conference hall renovation project, three primary school projects (Kura Primary School, Grasse Primary School, and Qiao Qingmala Primary School), Meitusila Da'ai Village project (410 resettlement houses), Meitusila Da'ai Village public facilities project (expected to be delivered in August 25), and Guaguala Da'ai Village project (781 resettlement houses, expected to be delivered in April 26).

In 2019, the company officially commenced the construction of the Massala Residential Area project. The project comprises 10 duplex villas, 2 standalone villas, and 1 five-story residential building, totaling 15 T3-type units. All units are delivered with fine decoration, and the project boasts a superior geographical location and high-grade decoration. The construction period is two years, and the project has been completed and delivered.

Over the past six years, our company has independently developed and undertaken the construction of "Eden Residence Gardens", a high-end villa project covering an area of 1 hectare. The project was officially launched in April 2016 and was fully completed in September 2018, spanning a duration of 29 months. To cater to different customer needs, the villas feature modern-style townhouses with three-story designs, including 26 T4-type villas and 1 T5-type villa. The total investment for the project amounts to approximately 6 million US dollars.

In June 2013, a branch company, Building Fidelity Lda, was established in Mozambique. During the same period, it undertook the construction of the "King's Village" residential project invested by Mozambique CCM Development Company in Mozambique. The project contract amounted to US$45 million and was completed in four phases. Due to the economic downturn and weak market conditions in Mozambique, the client decided to postpone the later stages of development. The project was unable to continue after the completion of the second phase. The actual construction of the project included 18 four-story apartment buildings with a total of 192 units. The project was completed and handed over for use in April 2016
